Eligibility Criteria:
For I.M.A. and Officers’ Training Academy: Graduate from a recognized university or equivalent
For Indian Naval Academy: Graduate in Engineering
For Air Force Academy: Graduate (with Physics and Mathematics at 10+2 level) or Bachelor of Engineering.

Application Fee:
The applicants are required to pay a fee of Rs. 200/- either by depositing the money in Cash to any Branch of SBI by cash or by using net banking facility
SC/ ST and Female Candidates are exempted from paying any fee.

Selection Process:
After the completion of written test, candidates have to undergo a face to face interview which will be conducted by the Service Selection Board of Ministry of Defence which will lead to the final selection
Then, document verification will be done and at last, candidates have to undergo a medical fitness test

How to apply for UPSC CDS Application form 2017:
  • First of all, visit the official website, which is www.upsconline.nic.in
  • After that select the link titled as “ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATION (ORA) FOR VARIOUS RECRUITMENT POSTS”
  • Now click on the part I registration and fill the registration form.
  • In Part I you have to fill your basic details and in Part II,
  • Submit the application form and upload the recent photo and signature
  • Submit the application form and take the print out of application form for future use.
