CSIR UGC NET 2018 Eligibility Criteria:


Required Qualification:
Candidates who are willing to apply for UGC NET Application Form, Candidates are required to possess M.Sc or equivalent degree/ Integrated BS-MS/BS-4 years/BE/B.Tech/ BPharma/ MBBS with at least 55% marks for General (UR) and OBC candidates as per CSIR UGC NET 2018 eligibility.
As per UGCNET Notification, the relaxation of 50% for SC/ST, Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates will be determined.
As per CSIR UGC NET 2018 notification, M.Sc students or having completed 10+2+3 years of the above qualifying examination as on the closing date of online submission of UFC NET Online form, are also eligible to apply under the Result Awaited (RA) category. OR
Ph.D degree holders who have passed Master’s degree prior to 19th September 1991, with at least 50% marks are eligible to apply for Lectureship only.

Age Limit:
Candidates should not be more than 28 years as on 01-07-2017 in order to fill CSIR NET Application Form.
Upper age limit as per CSIR NET Notification may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of SC/ ST/ Persons with Disability (PwD)/ female applicants and 03 years in case of OBC (non creamy layer) applicants.
